Miviye (miviye.com) sells digital overlay widgets for live streaming: clocks, alerts, check-in counters and similar on-screen pieces. They are made to run inside StreamElements and to be shown by broadcasting software such as OBS.
Everything is delivered digitally, right after payment. Nothing is shipped.
Buying a widget gives you the right to use it on the channels you stream on, on Twitch, Kick or YouTube. Streaming on more than one? They are all covered, as long as they are yours. The channel you type at checkout is only so the widget can recognise itself the first time it goes on air.
What you paste into StreamElements is a small loader. The CSS and the JS live on our server and are served from there every time the widget opens, which is why improvements and fixes reach your stream on their own, with nothing to paste again.

Doing any of these ends your licence with no refund, and the widget stops working on every channel it was installed on.
A licence belongs to one person, not to a list of channels. We do keep track of where each purchase is loaded from, and a licence appearing on channels that clearly belong to different people is the one thing that gets it switched off.
The widget, its code and its artwork stay ours. Buying it gives you the right to use it, not to own it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and the price you see on the product card is the price Stripe charges, including any discount shown there.
We never see or store your card details: they go straight to Stripe.
Because the widget is delivered immediately, sales are final once the code has been delivered to you.
If the widget does not work on your channel, talk to us first: we will try to fix it. If it cannot be made to work and the fault is ours, we refund you. Buying by mistake, buying twice or changing your mind after the code has been delivered are not covered.
Improvements and fixes are included: most of them reach your channel on their own, because the widget loads its code from our server. When an update needs you to paste something new into StreamElements, we send you an e-mail.
Support happens on our Discord. There is no promised response time, but we do read everything.
Every widget is made with care and tested before it goes on sale, and anything that breaks gets fixed. Even so, we cannot promise a widget will behave perfectly on every setup, or that StreamElements, OBS or the streaming platform will never get in the way.
So, plainly: if a stream goes wrong, we are not able to cover what came out of it (income, viewers, or anything else lost along the way), and our responsibility never goes beyond what you paid for that widget. In practice it means the same thing either way: tell us, and we fix it or give your money back.
We may update this text. The date at the top always says when. Continuing to use the site or the widgets after a change means you accept the new version.
